John Adams Mortgage and Front Street Mortgage are essential businesses based on 
Michigan's Stay-at-Home mandate. To be as safe as possible, we have many team members working remotely. We have reduced on-location staff and are following all safety protocols.

Essential services include: Lender, Title, Appraiser, Inspector, Insurance

We're staying on top of developments.

We are fully operational and processing mortgages. 
We're closing loans, doing refis, pre-approving buyers and actively working with appraisers and title companies.

"Alternative Flexibilities" are available and now effective.
 Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have provided temporary alternatives to satisfy appraisal and employment verification requirements through May 17th, 2020. These new alternatives allow us to meet necessary guidelines so we can move deals forward despite limitations from "shelter in place" orders caused by COVID-19.

 A hybrid eClosing helps streamline the closing process and reduces the time spent at the closing table. You will digitally sign most documents and only have to sign a few documents in person.
