We will be closing all transactions.

Title services are considered essential financial services as described in Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order as well as under the Department of Homeland Security bulletin.

THERE ARE OPTIONS.

eClosings for Cash Buyers
Sign all papers at home.

Hybrid eClosings
Sign most papers at home. Attend a 5-min in-person closing to sign the few docs needing notarization.

Full Closing
Sign all documents in-person in our sanitized rooms.
All non-essential parties must stay home.

Curbside Closing
Meet us in our parking lot for a Hybird or Full Closing.

WE’RE HERE.

Almost all team members are now working remotely. We do have select locations open that are staffed to assist with closings only.

The Capital Title team is in communication with clients about the location of their closing. We can be reached at 800.851.8329 for any additional questions.

Only closers and signatories should be present at in-person closings. Realtors and Loan Officers are welcome to join by phone or video call.

We are staggering closings to limit social contact.

Our Request
If you are feeling sick with symptoms of the virus or have been in contact with someone who has the virus, we can reschedule for a future date or discuss other possible options available to you (such as a Power of Attorney). Please call us!
