MSHDA
Provided through Michigan State Housing Development Authority, these loans are available for low-to-moderate income buyers.
Conventional
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac insured mortgages on 1-4 unit residential properties and approved condos with as little as 3% down.
Renovation
A FHA or Conventional first mortgage that allows you to buy or refinance, and also finance costs of repairs, upgrades or updates to the home.
Jumbo
Financing for loan sizes over the conforming limits, up to $3 million available.
VA
