If a walkthrough isn’t possible due to schedules or location (out of state property), then the seller can take detailed photos to send us. We’ll arrange for a local contractor to look at the home in person.
Offer is Made and Accepted.
We agree to a purchase price with the seller. They sign the contract. We send the contract to the title company right away.
Closing Day and Get Paid.
You can decide when you want to close on the property, but we can arrange for the deal to close and for you to get paid in as little as two weeks from the offer date.
