There are many moving pieces involved in a real estate transaction. Our HomeSuite keeps all of those pieces together in the same place handled by one team.

Our HomeSuite companies are directly related to your real estate agent’s brokerage company. This helps give all of us involved more control and convenience throughout your experience.

Here’s what we can help you with:

Mortgage

Your mortgage specialist from John Adams Mortgage will help you get pre-approved so you know exactly how much house you can buy. We have many programs that are designed to meet you where you are in your life and finances. We also have a lot of promotions that can save you up to $1,000, so make sure to ask your mortgage specialist about what promotions are available.

Title

Getting title insurance is another big part of your real estate transaction. The Capital Title team will do a title search for you, to ensure nothing gets in the way of you receiving full ownership of your new property. Title insurance also protects you and your lender if any existing unknown debts, claims of ownership or legal problems from the past pop up after the title of your property is transferred.

Title Insurance premiums are regulated by the state, so although we have no control over the cost of title insurance… we do have control over giving you the best customer service (we are #1 rated in our industry). We always keep you and your Realtor informed every step of the way! When we get to the closing, our closing professionals will make sure you understand all of the documents you are signing, so you feel confident and calm as you take official ownership of your new home!

Insurance

You’ll need Homeowners Insurance so your physical property is protected from any disasters or accidents that may happen. Insurance One agency quotes across seven different insurance carriers, which allows you to get the best deal on your insurance. We offer every kind of insurance (other than health), so while you’re getting your homeowners insurance, you can also check to see if you can save in other areas like auto, business, life and more.

Property Management

Last but not least, there’s Rental Management One (RMO), which is a resource for investors. If you own investment properties, RMO will not only help your rental properties run smoothly, but also efficiently so you’re profiting as much as possible.
