Is there still an inventory squeeze in the market?
Although it's now 10 days on the market instead of 2 or 3 days, homes are still selling very quickly. There is a bit more of a selection becoming available in the marketplace, which is great news for buyers. A "normal market" has about 3 months supply, while right now we have about 1.5-2 months supply. The squeeze is loosening it's grip a bit, though still there!
